As the Belt and Road Initiative's spring breeze sweeps across Central Asia, a grand event focused on mutually beneficial economic and trade cooperation has begun in Shandong. Recently, the Shandong-Central Asian Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Conference was grandly held. Liang Xunmei, Chairman of our company, was invited to attend the event, gathering with government and business representatives from Central Asian countries to discuss development opportunities and explore avenues for cooperation. This event will inject strong momentum into our company's efforts to deepen its presence in the Central Asian market and deepen international industrial collaboration.
At the exchange meeting, Chairman Liang Xunmei engaged in in-depth discussions with business leaders from Central Asian countries, focusing on the company's core technological advantages in new materials, its comprehensive product application matrix, and its global expansion strategy. As a leading company in high-performance geosynthetics, the company's innovative solutions for infrastructure development, including water conservancy hazard prevention and reinforcement, transportation hub construction, and ecological and environmental governance, garnered widespread attention. Numerous Central Asian entrepreneurs expressed interest in collaboration, expressing their desire to jointly explore new opportunities for regional development.

Our company has made solid progress in expanding into Xinjiang. In December 2024, Xinjiang ROAD New Materials Co., Ltd. commenced construction in the core area of the Silk Road. Just three months later, this modern industrial base, covering 200 mu (approximately 1,000 acres) and with a total investment exceeding 300 million yuan, reached full production. As an integrated industrial complex integrating production, R&D, and testing, Xinjiang ROAD is able to provide high-quality, high-performance geosynthetics for infrastructure projects in Central Asian countries.

Participating in the Shandong-Central Asia Economic and Trade Exchange Conference is another example of ROAD's commitment to the Belt and Road Initiative and its commitment to deepening international cooperation. Taking this conference as a new starting point, the company will continue to deepen its economic and trade ties with Central Asian countries, empowering overseas projects with innovative materials, achieving win-win development through open cooperation, and contributing its "ROAD Strength" to building closer international economic and trade partnerships.
